Refund, Transfer & Service Policy

1. Subscription Policy

All Fat2Fit meal plans are prepaid subscription services. Once confirmed and activated, subscriptions are strictly non-refundable.

Fat2Fit does not offer cash refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Travel plans
  • Taste preferences
  • Lifestyle changes
  • Unused or missed meals

2. Transfer & Rescheduling Option

Instead of refunds, clients may:

  • Transfer remaining days to another person
  • Reschedule remaining days for future use

All requests are subject to management approval.

3. Service Issues

In case of:

  • Missing meal
  • Incorrect meal
  • Damaged delivery

Fat2Fit will offer:

  • Meal replacement, OR
  • Service credit

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. No monetary refunds will be issued.

4. Taste Preference Disclaimer

Meal replacements are not provided based on personal taste preferences. Replacements are only offered in case of damage or incorrect delivery.

5. Pause / Freeze Policy

Paused days must be used within the subscription validity period.

Unused or expired days:

  • Cannot be refunded
  • Cannot be converted into cash

6. Cooler Bag Deposit

A refundable deposit of AED 150 is required. Refund is applicable if the cooler bag is returned in good condition within 7 working days after collection.

If lost, damaged, or not returned — deposit will be forfeited.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results vary based on metabolism, lifestyle, activity level, and plan adherence. Fat2Fit does not guarantee specific weight loss or body transformation results.

8. Policy Acceptance

By subscribing to any Fat2Fit meal plan, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
